Killer Whales Aren’t Whales

Killer Whales Aren’t Whales was a personal nonfiction book project I worked on about the wonderful world of orcas. I wrote and illustrated a dummy book for this, it was so much fun getting to explore my favorite animal.

Illustration of two orcas with skin conditions labeled. One orca, named Iceberg, is white and cream-colored, labeled "All White kind of Cream" and "Bright White Underbelly". The other orca, Frosty, has a "patchy greyish skin" and "slightly grey underbelly". A bird next to Frosty comments "Wow!". Background text describes orca genetic conditions like albinism and vitiligo.
